A cookie is a small text file that a website can store on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in much the same way. We keep this page as simple as possible and only list what we actually use — nothing more.
Cookie preference storage. When you make a choice on our cookie banner, we save it in your browser's local storage so we don't ask you again on every visit. This doesn't identify you personally and isn't used for tracking.
Google Fonts. We load the Montserrat typeface from Google's font service (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). Loading a font this way means your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which will see your IP address as part of that request. Google does not set an advertising or tracking cookie for this.
Google Analytics (only if you accept). If you click Accept on our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 to see how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people find us. It sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_SZ86DJHG8H, which last up to two years, and sends usage data to Google. If you click Reject, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the link below.
Google reviews widget (only if you accept). If you click Accept, we also load a live Google reviews feed provided by Elfsight (elfsight.com), which shows our latest reviews on the home, service and location pages. Loading it connects your browser to Elfsight's servers, and Elfsight and Google may receive your IP address and set their own cookies or similar storage. If you click Reject, the widget is not loaded and you'll see a link to our reviews on Google instead.
We don't use advertising or social media tracking on this website.

You can also control or delete cookies through your browser's own settings — look in the Privacy or Security section of your browser's settings for options to block or remove cookies. Doing so may affect how some websites (though not the storage described above) work for you.
Where any of the above involves personal data (such as your IP address being visible to Google when a font loads), our Privacy Policy explains your rights under UK GDPR and how to exercise them, including the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
